Add another former American Idol finalist to the ranks of country music, as Season 6 finalist Phil Stacey is picked up by Lyric Street Records. Lyric Street is already home to two other former American Idol finalists in Josh Gracin, and Bucky Covington.

Stacey released his first single, "If You Didn't Love Me" on January 7, 2009. The song was written by Wendell Mobley, Jason Sellers and Gary LeVox (of Rascal Flatts, and produced by Wayne Kirkpatrick (Little Big Town). Phil's debut album, will be out in April 2008.
