Guide Review
Andy Griggs - You Won't Ever Be Lonely
Andy Griggs was not interested in music until his older brother passed away. His brother wrote songs and played the guitar and Andy wanted to pick up on that and carry on with what his brother had started. He taught himself how to play and he sang some of the songs that were written by his brother. After singing Gospel songs and marrying, he finally got his record deal in 1997.

"You Won't Ever Be Lonely" was Andy's big debut single and this song about unconditional love made it all the way to number two on the Billboard Charts, number one on the R&R Charts. His second single, dedicated to his wife, shot to number two on Billboard. Other great songs that were released to radio were "I'll Go Crazy," "Waitin' on Sundown," and "You Made Me That Way," a song about how his wife's love made him the man he is today.

Andy Griggs is in a small class of people that can write, sing, play, and sound great doing it. Most artists can do one or two, but rarely can they do everything. Andy Griggs seems almost untouchable when it comes to his music and he just might turn out to be one of the big stars of this decade that has major staying power.
